For that information, the healthcare organization is the covered entity and EarlyOut AI acts as a business associate and service provider processing the data on the organization's behalf and under its instructions.

We use the information to respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct demos, provide and improve our services, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. Patient and guarantor information is used only to perform patient account servicing on behalf of the applicable healthcare organization and is not used for our own marketing.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who support our operations under confidentiality obligations, with our affiliate Advanced Cash Management LLC, and where required by law or to protect legal rights.
